Vivian is a proud Inland Empire native and the daughter of Mexican immigrants. She is passionate about her work and views it as a labor of love honoring the sacrifices made by her parents and others that came before her. Vivian graduated from Southwestern Law School. Her host organization is Central American Resource Center (CARECEN) in the San Bernardino office.
