Next Gen Scholars Program
This year, we launched a reimagined program aimed at providing holistic support for scholars in two distinct ways. ChangeLawyers’ Next Gen Scholars Program exists to launch the careers of vigilant changemakers who harness their power for good in California.
ChangeLawyers funds fellowships for early-career attorneys to work with progressive organizations to work on pressing issues including immigration and criminal justice reform.
A new fund to harnessing the power of lawyers for good. We envision funding organizations promoting leadership pathways in the legal field; building capacity of smaller and newer legal organizations; and fostering movement lawyering.
A celebration of the next generation of ChangeLawyers scholars. Held twice a year, these events feature an awards ceremony, networking opportunities, and inspirational storytelling.
Trainings for outsiders who want a seat at the table, on tops ranging from Imposter Syndrome, Interviewing 101, and How to Confront workplace microaggressions.
Dialogues with community leaders and activists about the most pressing equity challenges of our time.
