Yesenia Sandoval is a 3L at the University of San Francisco School of Law. Her commitment to social justice and public interest law are rooted in her lived experiences as a first-generation Mexican American, as well as the understanding that access to direct legal services is a critical aspect of empowering oppressed communities. After passing the California Bar Exam, she plans to practice public defense, and hopes to specialize in crimmigration.
