Sarah Longalong is dedicated to fostering positive change within the legal profession and beyond. Throughout her time in law school, Sarah sought diverse experiences to gain a comprehensive understanding of the law. From her work at the City Attorney’s Office to serving as a judicial extern, Sarah observed firsthand the importance of access to justice and the need for greater diversity within the legal system. She recognizes the significance of understanding the implications of the private sector in building a better justice system and is committed to representing her voice and community as a future judicial law clerk. Further, Sarah is passionate about mentorship and actively engages with student organizations to support the next generation of legal professionals and promote an inclusive legal system. Drawing from her own experiences of overcoming challenges with the help of mentors, Sarah is dedicated to bridging the gap for first-generation college and law students, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to thrive in the legal profession. Through her leadership and advocacy, Sarah strives to create a more equitable legal community where diverse voices are heard and represented. Sarah is a 3L at Southwestern Law School.
