Paulina Ruiz Reyes

Paulina aspires to assist immigrants and people with disabilities develop to their full potential. She is motivated to pursue a career in immigration law to augment her previous experience with nonprofit organizations. As a person with a disability, Paulina is committed to leveling the playing field, not only in education, but in other arenas, so that society at large is able to see past the caricature inherent in the success of someone with a disability. She hopes to work with community members directly, by offering pro bono consultations, to pay forward the help she has received. Paulina is a 1L at Southwestern Law School.
