TAP is the first and only organization dedicated to training the next generation of appellate lawyers and judges. By empowering these students to pursue appellate practice, TAP is ensuring that our courts reflect our communities, leading to transformative change in how our laws are shaped. Equal justice under law cannot exist when the communities most impacted remain the least represented. Our goal is to ensure that our highest courts—and the laws they produce—represent us all. The Appellate Project received $40,000 in funding for 2023 and 2024.
