Talia is in her final year at the University of California Hastings College of the Law. Deeply committed to public interest law, she has worked for organizations like the Electronic Frontier Foundation, Legal Aid at Work’s Disability Rights, Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, and UC Hastings’ Workers’ Rights COVID-19 Pandemic Response Team. Talia chose to pursue law so that she could be an intentional advocate with the tools to impart systemic change and hopefully start to stem the gap in our legal system’s need for diversity and the voices of marginalized groups.
