With a background in education, Sidney Wright has witnessed first-hand the systemic inequalities that impact underserved communities. This experience has fueled a deep commitment to social justice and public service. Sidney’s dedication to becoming a public defender stems from a desire to advocate for those impacted by the incarceration system and ensure everyone has access to fair representation. After passing the California Bar Exam, she aims to contribute to creating a more equitable legal system that prioritizes justice and equality for all individuals, regardless of their socio-economic background.
