Yordanose “Denna” Sisay

Yordanose “Denna” Sisay is deeply motivated to create a more equitable legal system in California. As a Black woman, Denna has faced significant adversity in her pursuit of higher education, and these experiences have fueled her desire to advocate for change. She is committed to using her legal career to address systemic barriers that affect minorities, ensuring that all individuals, regardless of background, feel equally supported and empowered to succeed. Through her work she hopes to contribute to a legal system that is more inclusive, fair, and just for everyone. Denna is a 3L at USD School of Law.
